KANGAR, Aug 30 — A truly independent populace is defined by its ability to think maturely, act ethically, and exercise personal freedom with a high sense of responsibility, according to the Raja of Perlis Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail.
Addressing the state-level 69th National Day celebrations at the Tuanku Syed Putra Sports Complex tonight, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin urged the public, particularly the younger generation, to actively seek knowledge and master modern skills while anchoring their identity in religious and cultural heritage.
