Nazir Razak said Malaysia need social recalibration. We should start by charging him for money laundering for Najib

Nazir Razak

KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 – Datuk Seri Nazir Razak called for a a new socio-political compact in the so-called New Malaysia.

“There is no doubt that the government’s reforms will significantly reduce corruption and strengthen checks and balances. I think that would get us to a most welcomed ‘Better Malaysia’. But not what I would describe as a ‘New Malaysia’,” he was quoted by The Star.

He gave a speech at the Projek Amanat Negara event held by the United Kingdom and Eire (Ireland) Council of Malaysian Students at University of Nottingham in Britain recently.

“…in 1970 they boldly recalibrated the compact and the system according to the needs of Malaysia then.” He said in reference to the setting up of the National Consultative Council (NCC) in 1970 after the May 13, 1969, riots.

“In my humble view, another recalibration is overdue for the needs of Malaysia today,” he added.

The NCC was setup by Nazir’s father, Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia’s second Prime Minister.

When will Nazir Razak be charged for helping Najib Razak?

Nazir had earlier admitted to have urgently helped pass on cash from Najib Razak’s bank account to party machinery.

Nazir Razak

Nazir seems to have escaped any legal action for this role in ‘helping’ or in legal terms, money laundering if the monies tie back to 1MDB which seems to have been the original source.

Others who helped Najib with the money had been charged and dragged to face the law.

So why was Nazir spared when we have a clear admission from him already?

He seems to be enjoying his time in England when he should be defending himself from the might of the law?

Did we give him a get out of jail deal?

Use of businessmen account to transfer to party machinery

Nazir’s admission in helping Najib distribute money to party machinery is clue to how Najib paid politicians for support.

Perhaps this is how MACC can solve the mysterious RM90 million alleged ‘donation’ from Najib to PAS.
