KUALA TERENGGANU, Oct 26 – Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has expressed its deepest condolences to the families of three individuals who lost their lives in a two-vehicle collision involving a utility work vehicle at Bukit Bauk, near Simpang Durian Mentangau in Dungun, Terengganu, on Sunday afternoon.

In an official press statement released on Monday, October 26, 2026, TNB confirmed that one of its official four-wheel-drive utility vehicles was involved in the fatal road accident.

“TNB extends its condolences and sympathies to all those affected, particularly the families of the three members of the public who died in the incident,” the national utility company stated.

• Crash Timing and Vehicles: The fatal crash occurred at approximately 5:15 PM on Sunday, October 25, when the Nissan Grand Livina MPV carrying the three family members collided with the TNB four-wheel-drive vehicle near Simpang Durian Mentangau along the Bukit Bauk stretch.
• TNB Staff Medical Condition: Two TNB employees riding in the utility vehicle—Mohamad Syafiq Nasrullah Said, 39, and Muhammad Fadhlan Abd Manan, 32—sustained minor injuries and were provided medical treatment.
