JEMPOL, Nov 17 — Barisan Nasional (BN) will be able to form a government because there are no major issues that could threaten the party, said BN deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.
“There are no major issues, the party has decided our PM (prime minister) candidate is Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob,” he told reporters after the ‘Sepetang Bersama Tok Mat’ programme at Dewan Felda Raja Alias 2, here today.

Mohamad said his confidence was also based on the latest information from a survey of voter attitudes which showed that support was in favor of the party.
“UMNO conducts more comprehensive study, we go to the ground, we have branches all over the country.”
“Many places have passed 50 per cent, but areas with three or four-cornered fights, we don’t need 50 per cent…getting 43 to 45 per cent is enough,” he said.
