Bersatu Unveils 76-Point ‘Tawaran Demi Nismilan’ Manifesto For Negeri Sembilan

NILAI, July 25 — Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) has officially launched its state election manifesto titled “Tawaran Bersatu Demi Nismilan,” outlining 76 comprehensive promises across nine strategic pillars designed to reform governance, accelerate economic growth, and ease the cost of living across Negeri Sembilan.

The election blueprint was officially launched by Bersatu President Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin during a ceremony here this afternoon ahead of the upcoming state election. Guided by the central theme “Negeri Dijago, Rakyat Dibelo, Adat Dipeliharo” (State Safeguarded, People Cared For, Custom Preserved), the manifesto underscores the party’s administrative readiness to govern while honoring local traditions and protecting public welfare.

In a major governance commitment, Bersatu pledged that should it form the next state government, it will provide equal constituency development allocations to all State Assembly Members (ADUNs) regardless of political party affiliation. Speaking after the launch, Muhyiddin stated that equitable funding for opposition representatives is vital to ensuring that local constituents across every seat receive proper assistance. He pointed to his tenure as Prime Minister, during which parliamentary allocations were channeled across the political divide, emphasizing that public development funds should never be withheld for political reasons. To safeguard integrity, the manifesto includes establishing a Special Monitoring Committee comprising local professionals and community representatives to track and guarantee the full execution of every pledge.

Economic expansion forms a primary pillar of the offer, with Bersatu targeting the creation of 50,000 high-income job opportunities over the next five years. The plan focuses on developing the Negeri Sembilan Halal Industry Corridor, the Negeri Sembilan Logistics Corridor, and high-value emerging sectors including green energy, electric vehicles (EV), and artificial intelligence (AI) integrated within Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0. For micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the party promises a RM5 million Nismilan Niaga Prihatin Fund to provide interest-free micro-loans, alongside a two-year rental waiver for registered hawkers operating in local authority markets.

Education and youth development feature prominently in the state platform. Bersatu proposes establishing a RM25 million Nismilan Edufund for higher education access alongside a RM20 million Education Care Fund. Additional targeted educational relief includes converting Kolej Yayasan Negeri Sembilan (KYNS) into an international TVET institution with free targeted tuition, providing RM2 million annually for the “Jom Poie Sekolah” schooling aid program, offering a RM50 monthly transport allowance for 2,000 students, and delivering RM3,000 support grants to Parent-Teacher Associations (PIBG). Youth initiatives are supported by the Nogori Innovation Accelerator (NIA) offering startup funding of up to RM50,000, as well as an annual RM2 million Tani Belia Nogori fund for young agricultural entrepreneurs.

Addressing social welfare and cost-of-living burdens, the manifesto introduces several direct cash assistance schemes. Young couples starting families will receive a RM500 cash grant under the “Raikan Cinta Nismilan” initiative, while senior citizens aged 60 and above will receive RM300 annually through the “Nismilan SilverPlus” scheme. Public health measures feature a Mobile Dental Nismilan service providing free dental treatments in rural settlements and residential housing areas.

On housing and community infrastructure, Bersatu commits RM100 million toward affordable housing developments, featuring Rent-to-Own schemes and a First Home Incentive of up to RM5,000 for qualifying buyers. The platform also commits dedicated resources to FELDA settlements by expanding high-value agro-food and eco-tourism opportunities, while preserving traditional village heritage and allocating a RM15 million initial seed fund for housing maintenance across low-cost flats and traditional villages.
