The offering was met with overwhelming demand from the market throughout the book-building process, illustrating the market\u2019s confidence in PETRONAS\u2019 credit strength, on the back of its current ratings of A2 by Moody\u2019s, A- by S&amp;P, and BBB+ by Fitch, it said in a statement on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proceeds will be utilized by PECL to fund its continued development and production activities, debt refinancing, and general corporate purposes.\u00a0PECL focuses on the development and production of oil and natural gas in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Notes are expected to settle on March 23, 2021 and will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
