{"id":6722,"date":"2020-11-06T19:25:53","date_gmt":"2020-11-06T11:25:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newmalaysiatimes.com\/?p=6722"},"modified":"2020-11-06T19:25:59","modified_gmt":"2020-11-06T11:25:59","slug":"govt-dishes-out-countrys-largest-budget-to-beef-up-healthcare-economy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newmalaysiatimes.com\/?p=6722","title":{"rendered":"Govt dishes out country&#8217;s largest budget to beef up healthcare, economy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 &#8212;&nbsp;A total of RM322.5 billion has been allocated for Budget 2021,&nbsp;the biggest ever in the country\u2019s history, to shore up the economy, safeguard livelihoods&nbsp;and beef up the frontliners to secure the country&#8217;s steady path of recovery from a healthcare crisis that spooked the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More healthcare-related reliefs, incentives, and allocations for\u00a0equipment formed the vital part of the Perikatan Nasional government-led Budget 2021 themed \u201cIn our strength lies our collective victory.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Businesses, small, medium and big, were not left out.
