<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nThe Prime Minister\u2019s Office (PMO) said this approach would enable the government to act in a dynamic way and quickly based on big data in making decisions to ensure the effectiveness in delivering assistance and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It will also assist in the fine-tuning needed to make sure the government\u2019s assistance under the Economic Stimulus Package 2020 (PRE2020), namely Prihatin Rakyat Economic Stimulus Package (PRIHATIN) and National Economic Recovery Plan (PENJANA), are actually received by the target groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the PMO, the centralised and live data collection displayed through the digital dashboard was the outcome of the cooperation among the ministries and agencies, in line with the government\u2019s efforts toward e-implementation, in preparation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution as well as the shift to face the new normal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Prime Minister\u2019s visit to LAKSANA was to observe the operations as well as the status of implementation of PRE2020; PRIHATIN and PENJANA which are worth a total of RM295 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the working visit, Muhyiddin was accompanied by Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, Deputy Finance Minister II Mohd Shahar Abdullah, Chief Secretary to the Government Datuk Seri Mohd Zuki Ali, Treasury Secretary-General Datuk Asri Hamidon, and LAKSANA Director Datuk Shahrul Nazri Abdul Rahim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Prime Minister was also briefed on efforts undertaken by LAKSANA, including the weekly progress report on achievements made under the PRIHATIN and PENJANA packages by the Finance Minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LAKSANA\u2019s effort in strengthening the cooperation between the public and private sectors also represents an important keystone in making the country\u2019s economic recovery plan a success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
