Police have re-arrested\u00a0the drunk driver who had allegedly killed a policeman after\u00a0ramming into a roadblock at the Kajang Selatan Toll Plaza, Kajang-Seremban Expressway\u00a0(LEKAS) on May 3.<\/p>\n<p>Selangor Criminal Investigation Department (CID) chief Assistant\u00a0Commissioner Datuk Fadzil Ahmat\u00a0said the man was detained again under Section 304(b) and Section 269 of the Penal Code for causing death by negligence and\u00a0for a negligent act likely to spread infection of any disease dangerous to life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestigations will be carried out by the Selangor CID and a remand order will\u00a0be requested at the Kajang Magistrate\u2019s Court\u00a0tomorrow,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-12 col-md-12 col-lg-12 mt-4 px-sm-0 px-md-5 px-lg-15 text-dark text-justify\">\n<div class=\"mx-auto mb-4\">\n<div id=\"jssor_569483875136\" data-jssor-slider=\"1\">\n<div data-scale-ratio=\"1\">\n<div data-u=\"slides\">\n<div>Previously, the man was remanded for six days, which ended today, under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport\u00a0Act 1987 and was released on police bail.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>In the 2.11 am incident on May 3,\u00a0Corporal Safwan Muhammad Ismail, 31, attached to the Kajang district police headquarters,\u00a0was pronounced dead at the scene due to severe injuries to his body and head after being hit by a Toyota Hilux, driven by the 44-year old man.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
