KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 9 – Muhammed Yusoff Rawther was seen leaving Bukit Aman police headquarters tonight after spending more hours giving statement relating to his alleged claims that PKR president Anwar Ibrahim had attempted a morally repugnant act towards him on October 2, 2018.<\/p>\n

Yusoff was seen leaving with lawyer Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla, in a black car.<\/p>\n

Yusoff gave statement but prepared to give more<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Haniff Khatri said that they have given full cooperation to help police investigation by giving statement today, after being called to report to Bukit Aman.<\/p>\n

“Today, we’ve given a statement but should the police call again for further statement, we will be back” said the laywer.<\/p>\n

Case under Section 354 Penal Code<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The case is being\u00a0investigated by Classified Criminal Investigation Unit (D5), Bukit Aman\u00a0under Section 354 of the Penal Code.<\/p>\n

It carries a punishment of\u00a0imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years or with fine or with whipping or with any two of such punishments.<\/p>\n

Anwar<\/a> has strongly denied the claims.<\/p>\n
