KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 10 — The world’s largest gloves manufacturer, Top Glove Corporation Bhd has been allowed to resume exporting and selling gloves to the United States (US) starting from today, following the modification of the findings by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CBP, in its statement, affirmed that disposable gloves made by Top Glove would be admissible at all US ports of entry as of Sept 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTop Glove wishes to express its utmost appreciation to CBP for its responsiveness in\u00a0modification of the finding, and wish to thank the Malaysian government and the company\u2019s valued stakeholders for their support and understanding in this matter,\u201d the manufacturer said in a statement today<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top Glove said it\u00a0remained\u00a0committed to the health, safety, and well-being of its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It currently owns\u00a048 factories, with 41 factories in\u00a0Malaysia,\u00a0Thailand (five), China (one) and Vietnam (one), comprising\u00a0glove factories, latex concentrate plants, chemical factories,\u00a0glove former factory and\u00a0packaging material factories,\u00a0dental dam factory,\u00a0condom factory, and face mask factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
