Minister Saifuddin makes courtesy call on Sarawak governor

KUCHING, Sept 8 — Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah today made a courtesy call on Sarawak Yang Dipertua Negeri Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud at his residence in Demak Jaya here.

Saifuddin arrived at his residence at about 10.30 am, accompanied by ministry secretary-general Datuk Suriani Ahmad.

The meeting was also to invite Abdul Taib to attend the Malaysia Day 2020 celebration which will be held at the Sibu Indoor Stadium on Sept 16.

After the visit, Saifuddin and his delegation left for Sibu to attend the Malaysia Day 2020 Celebration Main Committee meeting.
