
Khartoum, Sudan, Nov 25 — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is closely monitoring the latest developments in Ethiopia, following the ongoing armed conflict between the Ethiopian National Defence Force and forces of the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF).
In a statement, Wisma Putra stated that the Embassy of Malaysia in Khartoum has marked all four Malaysians in Ethiopia, who are registered with the Embassy, as safe.

The Embassy officials are in close contact with the Malaysians, who have been advised to exercise heightened vigilance for their safety, and have been asked to consider leaving Ethiopia through available commercial flights.
Additionally, Malaysians intending to visit Ethiopia are also advised to defer their non-essential travel at this time.
