This project aims to reduce national farmer subsidies and increasing the overall income of smallholder rice farmers by leveraging on the latest available technologies.

“With food security being an ongoing issue, and with digitisation and technology becoming┬áthe main focus of transition to┬áthe future, the group views this as a milestone project to increase the awareness of cloud computing systems and Internet of Things (IoT) to enhance a traditional business, focusing on an Offline to Online strategy for small stakeholders,” it said.
